Pool invasion!!

Well, the 'season' has obviously started! My pool of choice for the last few days has been 'Yalis', which is in beautiful location and very quiet. However, this morning there was the first 'aqua fit' class so around 15 other people descended on MY pool!  They were actually all lovely people and the instructor, Di , introduced me to everyone. I decided that it would be cherlish not to join in so had an hour of keep fit!  After everyone had left I helped clear up and was offered a drink for a thank you...as it was lunch time, a glass of wine fitted the bill nicely!!

    I think you'll need a detox session at the end of the summer, your liver will be in an awful state! Sounds like fun though...

      I know....every time I think I'll have a no alcohol day, someone invites me for a drink!!!
