Well, there are just under 3 weeks to go before I start my big adventure on Alonissos, a lovely island in the Greek Sporades islands near to Skopelos and Skiathos (both of Mamma Mia fame). I am staying for the duration of the summer and am looking forward to seeing what a Greek island is like in high season!!!
I'm on my third suitcase as my trial packing isn't exactly going to plan and I now seem to be taking less clothes for 4 months than I usually take for 2 weeks!
I have booked a studio overlooking the harbour....it sounds idyllic so I hope it lives up to expectations. Did I mention, I have an amazing husband who is staying behind to look after the cats and to carry on paying the mortgage....I'm a very lucky lady.
